Talitha Koum Institute

The Baylor Fall 2014 Class’s evaluators found their $7,000 grant to Talitha Koum Institute to be less successful because the grant has not reached fruition yet, and the original plan did not pan out. Talitha Koum Institute researches new methods of therapeutic intervention for impoverished children. This grant allowed a man to travel to Portland, Oregon to obtain an apprenticeship in mushroom farming in order to recieve enough credibility for funding from social enterprise.
