Food Forward

The UCLA Fall 2014 Class found their $29,000 grant to Food Forward to be a success because it was used as promised and helped promote sustainability within the organization. Food Forward saves fresh local produce and gives it to those in need in order to inspire others to do the same. The grant supported the hiring of a volunteer coordinator to increase the organization’s efficiency. An additional $10,000 was awarded to the organization after review in Winter 2016.
