Dignity Housing

The majority, 88%, of the Penn Spring 2017 Class’s evaluation found their $10,000 grant to Dignity Housing to be a good decision with a good outcome because of the incredible services it provided and the organization’s ability to serve more clients with the donation. The remaining 12% of the class felt the grant was a good decision with a bad outcome due to the lack of sustainability of services funded by the organization. Dignity Housing is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness, specifically in Philadelphia, by providing transitional housing and support services to its clients. With this donation, the organization was able to continue providing its case management services along with supportive, safe housing for clients.
