Cell Dogs.

The Harvard Fall 2017 Class’s evaluation found their $5,000 grant to Cell Dogs to be a good decision with a good outcome. Cell Dogs rescues dogs from shelters who are due to be euthanized and pairs them up with incarcerated individuals. These inmates train the dogs to prepare them for adoption, thereby serving a dual purpose of rehabilitating the inmates and helping the dogs find homes. The grant went to Cell Dogs general budget, and evaluators were pleased with the progress the program made in reducing recidivism among participants
